The wellness centre

“Narciso” Wellness SPA is a real oasis of comfort for an antistress holiday or to spend a few day healthy rest.
A new generation place dedicated to physical and psychic wellness composed by a set of services, treatments and places that are selected and studied to the last details and with material of an excellent quality. In every place, a skilful game of spaces, colours, lights, and scents stimulate senses and favour relaxation.
In the lower floor the hydrotherapheutic swimming pool is placed: a real pearl of wellness that allows to be massaged by the numerous jets of water or to be tickled by million of  tiny bubbles. Actually, plunging into the water to relax and to loosen tension is a very ancient rite that, today allows to take real benefits thanks to the hydromassage techniques.
The bath, characterized by thermic water and several hydromassage points, is supported by two vascular courses (hot and cold water) to improve blood circulation in the lower limbs. To the natural plantar massage of walking and moving into the water indeed, is combined the bracing action of sudden changes of temperature and of the hydromassage.
On the ground floor, separated from the swimming pool area, it is placed the area dedicated to massages joined to the chromotherapy, to specific body treatments joined to vapour bathas and sauna and to solarium.
The simple and regular architecture of the warm and essential furniture of these places, makes “Narciso” Wellness SPA a real jewel of wellness in the Salento.
